I have been doing tennis at Hotel Sahid for a month every Wednesday at 15.00-16.00. Playing tennis was a bit difficult at first because I needed to adjust myself to the tennis ball that is very different from playing badminton with the shuttlecock that is very light compared to the tennis ball. The first few days after playing tennis, my body was kind of tired and hurt at the hinge of my hand, due to lack of practice. Other than the heaviness of the racket that made my hand quite hurt, my feet also were not adjusted yet to be chasing the tennis ball across the court. Bellow are my pictures in my "ready" position to start playing the ball. But before playing, I did some stretching first to relax my body.
The pictures bellow are when I did "forehand" which is hitting the ball using your right hand. While if you use your left hand, it is called "backhand".
I am not really good at playing tennis yet, especially hitting the ball with my left hand. So I just played tennis at a very limited "position" and I just played tennis half the court. I also mostly forget to bring my right hand to the back before hitting the ball, so the ball usually hit the wrong part of my racket. Doing this activity made me able to increase my ability to work with "others", which is how to work with the coach because if I did not cooperate with the "rhythm" of the coach, I was not able to hit the ball.

Fel, can you play tennis well now? Is it hard? I think it is hard because you have to use your full power on your right hand.
